HOW DO I JOIN DATATELLIGENCE ONLINE?
You can join the panel directly on our web site by completing a short registration form.
Registration is easy and should take no more than 5 minutes of your time. Just click here to join.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO JOIN DATATELLIGENCE ONLINE?
No. Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join the panel.
WHAT DO I DO?
You will be invited to participate in surveys. If you wish to participate, simply click on the survey URL and you’re on your way to making your opinions heard and earning great cash and prizes. Most surveys may take about 10-20 minutes to complete. If you don’t have the time or do not wish to participate, simply ignore the invitation. You are never obligated to participate.
WHY DO YOU COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We collect personal information to better understand your background, so that we can invite you to participate in surveys that are relevant to you. This also ensures that you have a better chance to qualify for the surveys you are invited to and therefore, giving you a better chance at earning datapoints and prizes.
HOW IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?
Datatelligence Online, Test America, and CRG Global, Inc are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide will always be confidential and never shared with a third party. CRG Global, Inc is a member of AMA, MRA, ESOMAR, AIMRI and PDMA. We abide to their standards of conduct and guidelines for conducting good and ethical research practice. HOW DO I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?
You may update your information by logging in to your member account.
You can update your name, email and account password in "Profile Details".
You can update your home address in the "Advanced Profile" and Phone# in the "Main" sub-panel.
You can update additional information by completing or reaccessing each sub-panel.
HOW DO I CANCEL MEMBERSHIP?
We value your opinion and hope that you continue to remain a member of the Datatelligence Online community.
However, if you wish to cancel membership, you can do so in several ways. You can log into the members area and click on the “cancel membership” button. You may also send an email to studies@datatelligence.net and you will be removed from the panel.
AM I REWARDED FOR MY TIME?
Yes. Depending on the length and type of the study, panel members will be rewarded in a variety of ways. All surveys will give you an additional entry in to our monthly sweepstakes. Most surveys will provide datapoints as the incentive. You can also earn cash for your participation in certain surveys (usually at one of our offices). Panelists who have accumulated enough points can redeem their points for an Amazon gift code.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY DATATELLIGENCE POINTS?
Login to your account. Select the "Choose A Prize" option. On the next page select "Claim This Prize".
You currently need 1,000 datapoints before you can redeem for a prize. If you are redeeming multiple prizes you will need to repeat the claiming process.
After you have claimed a prize, you will receive an email confirming such. Prizes are usually then sent out within 1-2 business days.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO RECEIVE MY PRIZE?
No. If you win our monthly sweepstakes or redeem your points for a prize, any neccasary cost or shipping will be covered by us.
WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR SURVEY?
If you’re having problems with a survey link, or unable to participate in a survey you were invited to, please contact us at studies@datatelligence.net
I'M NOT RECEIVING SURVEY INVITATIONS. WHY IS THAT?
Typically, you should receive at least a few survey invitations each month. If you have not been invited to participate in at least one survey in the past 2 months, please check your spam or junk folders for emails from Datatelligence. Additionally, login to your account and confirm that the email address we have on file is correct.
You can also make sure the additional sub-panels have been completed for additional chances to receive surveys. If all of this is correct and has been completed, please contact us at studies@datatelligence.net
WHAT KIND OF DEVICE CAN I PARTICIPATE ON?
While no specific device is required, all of our surveys are accessible on a desktop/laptop. Most of our surveys can also be access on a smartphone or tablet, though some surveys may be limited.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T FIND MY FOLLOW UP LINK FOR PRODUCT TESTS?
We will email you when the product testing portion is over and your survey is available. During your product testing, please check your email box and spam box for the follow up survey invitations. The email address you signed up with is where we send all emails. If you cannot find your link there, contact studies@datatelligence.net
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM MISSING POINTS FROM A SURVEY?
All follow up survey incentive points are awarded after the study has closed. This is generally one week after completing the final product test survey. If two weeks have passed and you have not been awarded your points, please contact studies@datatelligence.net.
HOW DO I REMOVE ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN COLLECTED?
If at any time you wish to remove all of your personal data, please contact studies@datatelligence.net.
